Tough sailing races are mixed with debriefings where you can summarize, compare with realistic day to day situations in your organization, analyze and easily adapt the programme to new objectives. Racing is a key ingredient in the programme and contributes to the participants’ desire to make progress and strive for outstanding performance. The pedagogy is based on individual as well as group experiences resulting in more sustainable learning effects.
